- Products that are unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery.
- When using our prepaid label for domestic returns $8 will be deducted from your refund.
- We are happy to accept returns or exchanges in-store within 15 days of delivery. There are no fees associated with in-store returns.
- For UK orders placed on or before January 8, 2025, please click here
- Fees apply for international returns.
- Refunds will not be processed until the product is received & quality checked at our warehouse. Please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.
- Refunds are available via store credit or returned to your original payment method.
- Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address entered at the time of purchase.
- Monogrammed items are final sale and not eligible for return.
